  The place was very clean. Most of the stuff we needed were available such as dishes, utensils, hair dryer, wi-fi, etc. Rooms were spacious.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing we did not like was the shower. The shower booth was kinda small and the water temperature changes while taking showers.

  We liked the location, nice and quiet with lovely authentic bakeries, wine bars and restaurants near. Only a 30 min walk into the centre to visit attractions. We liked the size of the property, had all amenities, comfortable beds. Modern decor.
  
  What could be improved: We found the shower temp constantly went from hot to cold, no matter what time of day/ how we set the temp, and the apartment had a chill at night but the heating control was locked so we were bit cold. Also only two sofa seats despite 4 person apartment.
  The recycling instructions were not clear, which was stressful as told there would be a fine if we did not do it correctly. The bins were also very small.
  We also found no warning of the €40 or €70 late check in fee in the information before we booked which we would have appreciated, most apartments come with lock box etc nowadays so was not expecting it.

  great location in a quiet area, but close to some more busy streets with shops and restaurants and also entry points to the city and water bus stops, the flat is fine, has everything you need, setting up a meeting to get the keys works great, you can get lots of information from the host service about good spots and the high tide and so on
  
  What could be improved: the shower with an innovative yet completely unnecessary function of temperature oscillation (for this price you really need to be able to take a comfotable shower, doesn't matter if it's an expensive touristic city or not)
  
  it was also a bit cold inside, but we've learned that heating is allowed only after 15th October due to local regulations so that's understandable, some more rugs for the colder days might help though

  The apartment had all the possibilities to prepare breakfast And there were many cafes nearby.

  The ferry stop was close to the train station and to go down to Rialto about 20 min ferry ride and to the beach Lido. 45 minutes just outside of the busy. Love the outdoor patio of the property. Liked the online check-in that gave directions to the apartment and what time to meet the host. We were running late and they updated the time for us.
  
  What could be improved: The AC did not work great. The apartment was really hot and felt muggy. The shower was really small and one of the bedrooms was small for two people.

  Хорошие апартаменты, в которых есть все, что необходимо для жизни. Встретил представитель, все рассказал, ответил на все вопросы. Локация очень удобная, рядом ж/д вокзал и остановка водного автобуса. При этом, очень тихий район. В общем то, что нам было нужно. Всегда задаю себе вопрос: остановилась бы в этом месте еще раз? Вполне допускаю, что "да"
  
  What could be improved: В одной из комнат не закрывалась дверь. Она просто упиралась в кровать. Без вариантов, в этой комнате дверь в любом случае будет приоткрыта. Площадь апартаментов указана с учетом террасы. В реальности площадь закрытого жилого помещения не более 45-50 квадратов

  Die Lage war in einem ruhigen Viertel abseits des Trubels.
  Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte sehr gut.
  Das Appartment im Erdgeschoss in einem Mehrparteienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben das Frühstück selbst zubereitet. Matratzen und Poster waren sehr gut.
  
  What could be improved: Die Dusche war sehr klein. Das Wasser wird mit einer Gastherme aufgeheizt und ist immer nur kurz heiß. Küchenausstattung nicht zum Kochen geeignet.
