  Perfectly located and very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioning made for dry air at night but not much to be done about it.
  Also there was some confusion when we arrived, but nothing major.

  A boutique hotel with a killer first row view, pristine rooms and great management.
  Expensive interiors, very clean.
  The host installed an extra bed for the kid and granted an early check in.
  A refreshing and immediate communication. Thank you kindly.
  
  What could be improved: No central heating, conditioner only.
  Hot water has to come a long way from the boiler, at least in our room. Just wait.

  Brilliant location by the sea over looking Venice, quiet, super clean. Navodi one of the best restaurants is near by. Boat station is minute walk away!

  Location is convienent. It was close to all objects, that we were interesting, such as Biennealle, stop of a watertaxi, rstaurants.

  As always we enjoyed our stay in Porta da mar. We like the high quality large room with its beautiful lamps and view towards San Giorgio and San Marco. We appreciate the fine bathroom, the quiet place in the middle of commotion, its neighbourhood with many places to eat and enjoy a drink, as well as the close stop for the Alilaguna line from and to the airport.

  Location fantastic. View from room #2 was amazing. So nice to smell the bread from Restaurant downstairs in the morning.
