  Everything! It was scrupulously clean and well equipped for self catering. Spacious and full of character. Excellent location. But the major major star of the show was the lovely, Vanessa. This woman is a superstar. She is so warm, kind and helpful- she really made the experience for us. Wonderful.

  Love the friendliness and helpfulness and responsiveness of the staff. The room was spacious and clean and fit our family comfortably. And the location is right in between Rialto and St Mark Square, making our travels so much easier.
