  Location was very good. A few steps from the Traghetto San Giulio and if you're a little tired after a long day it's just 2 Euros to take a gondola across the Grand Canal. There is a bedroom, living room (with a pull out sofa) and kitchen. It was spacious enough and relatively comfortable. Given the opportunity I would stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: We had extreme issues in getting the front door open on arriving. It took us at least 15 minutes to get in. The keyhole was tight and difficult to move. It got a little better after several days. The TV didn't work initially but they did send someone out to fix it within several days. It would be nice to have soap dishes in the shower but generally it was good.

  What could be improved: Steile ongemakkelijke trappen naar terras en appartement, onvoldoende handdoeken, tv die het niet doet. Tijdens ons verblijf van een week reparatie aan douche en verstopte wastafel op ons verzoek uitgevoerd. Bruine plekken in de douche. Gammele spiegelverlichting. Op het ‘romantische terras’ waren een hout tafeltje en twee houten stoeltjes gezet om het ‘romantisch’ te doen laten lijken. De sleutels van de voordeur werkten op goed geluk soms pas na minuten van proberen.
