  Great location, beautiful views! Perfect for our group. Communication was excellent and they handled all our transfers. The apartment had restrooms in each bedroom which was great for two couples. We loved watching the gondolas go by.

  Loved the location and the apartment itself. It’s so well maintained and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the major sites of Venice. Edoardo is the most gracious and helpful host. It was a comfort having him to help with booking water taxis and answering all of our questions. He really takes pride in his family’s home and made our stay in Venice a pleasure!

  The location was stellar with gondolas right below the living room windows! Close to St Mark's, across from a good restaurant and a corner cappuccino/gelato shop. Our host Edoardo was fantastic – he arranged private water taxis for our arrival and departure, met us at the water taxi station, helped us with luggage and acquainted us with the apartment. He was extremely responsive to our inquiries through the Bookings.com messaging portal. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. The clothes dryer was also extremely helpful after using drying racks for almost two weeks.
  
  What could be improved: My only suggestion: The entry floor has a gouged/uneven spot that I tripped over twice trying to move my clothes from the washer to the dryer. I'm sure it due to the age of the building and nature of a "floating city" but it would be great if that was repaired.
