  Both the host as well as the company in charge were contacting me and were very concerned about my arrival time and to make the key handover as easy and comfortable as possible. They were until the end worried about my luggage and helped with everything instantly, almost without asking. My highlight was the hot tub, of which I could enjoy daily with my small daughter. The location is near Via Garibaldi and it's just the perfect spot to enjoy Venice without the massive tourism and loudness.

  Location was perfect. Really nice part of the city, conveniently located beside Giardini biennale stop.
  
  What could be improved: Curious shower arrangement inside the toilet area. I am 176cm tall and found it cramped and tight. Also never showered so close to the toilet and there was no place to put soap / shower gel whilst showering.

  The moment we stepped into the house the amount of care and attention to detail were noticeable. The house is well cared for and maintained, nicely decorated and very confortable. The bed is super fluffy and although the couch-bed is not as confortable it's also not far behind. The kitchenette was very practical and had most appliances one needs is vacation. It was equipped with a stove, a mini fridge, microwave and eletrical boiler and had most kitchen things needed from cookware to utensils. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was brilliant with different settings, and good water temperature. The indoor terrace was super cute and pleasant to be in and is mostly protected from rain 🙂 the house also has a laundry machine, which may come in handy in case of longer stays. The owner and property responsibles are very kind and helpful people, and they provided us with tips and recommendations for our stay. A list of best spots to have food/chill among other things is also available at the property. Ristoranti Nevodi is only a short walk away and was the absolute best meal we had during our entire stay. The staff and owner are super friendly too and the food is superb! The house location is excellent: besides being conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets and waterbus stops it is also a 15/20 min walk or waterbus ride from other must see places in Venice.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom layout was a surprise, but we managed to adapt to it. The cleaning of the cookware and dust was a bit below our preference, and the dust brought up our allergies (as normally does). We discussed with the property responsibles and they will address with the cleaning company. Overall, we overcome these two things with ease, and they didn't impact our stay. We had some difficulties with the heaters (the house is warm for most days, but we left during the night for the airport), hopefully it's something easily resolved too.

  The location was perfect, and the little patio was amazing. The team was really helpful and kind, and the matress was really comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The shower and the bathroom. It was a little bit uncomfortable having to take a shower right next to the toilet.

  Very helpful and communicative hosts and though the apartment is compact, it's stylish and bijou. Overall it was excellent value and the location was great as it's quiet and away from the crowds. So it was a perfect stay for us.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing is better wifi, but it certainly did not detract from our stay.

  The studio/apartment is what you need for a city break for 2, the location is very good, quiet and near the center of the city. The stuff was so nice to us and answered to all our questions.

  What could be improved: What we didn't like at first, it was the smell in the apartment, I think it's due to the humidity . I understand that it's something usual for Venice.
  Besides that, everything was OK.
