  The location was perfect, 10 min walk from the bus station, and 20 mins to St Mark's Square. Cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by.. Excellent facilities inside the apartment, plenty of living/dining space, and 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms, one being en-suite.

  Apt. Was in a wonderful location. The Apt. Was very spacious and clean, A great place to stay if traveling with a family or another couple especially if you will be staying in Venice for a week or so. Grocery store right up the street lots of restaurants nearby train station within five minute walk water taxi within five minute walk pastry shops, shopping pharmacy all within five minutes walk. Kitchen is amazing. The owner did a very nice job with the decor and all the amenities. Great place if you’re a couple with a couple young children, lots of room for them to play and a little park right across the street.
  
  What could be improved: I would love to give this place a nine or a 10 but my problem is they desperately need new mattresses on their beds and new sheets. The sheets were rough and the beds are very very uncomfortable. Also they have a hairdryer for to use but unless you bring your own adapter, it does not work in their socket, which I found very strange. If they say they have a hairdryer, you would expect that it would work in their outlets. If they fix those three things, new mattress, new sheets, and the adapter for the hairdryer. This place would be a 10 out of 10 for sure. Everything else about the place is perfect.

  Great location near the station but still 20-30 min walk to St Mark’s Square etc. We were city hoping across Europe so appreciated the 5 minute walk to the station with back packs in 30 degree heat! Apartment is huge. Very comfortable beds, good kitchen, free WiFi, bathrooms ok, aircon was brilliant! Great to have a washing machine as we’d run out of clothes – has a quick 20 min cycle. Really quiet street but loads of shops and restaurants one street down. I’ve stayed down by St Mark’s in the past but enjoyed the quieter location of this apartment. Great price so would highly recommend it.
  
  What could be improved: Not a negative but a warning that the keys have a knack to them. The street door needs pushing in by the handle to unlock and for the main apartment door you need to have the key at horizontal to get it out! Not a problem but when you’re hot and tired grappling with a lock you’ll appreciate knowing!!

  The location was great, it was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Liked that there was an elevator and the apartment had air conditioning, two full baths and a kitchen as well. Nice view. It felt very homey.
  
  What could be improved: Wish the air conditioning could've reached the bedrooms a bit more but it was still cool. Also would have liked to have directions on how to work the washing machine and had laundry soap provided. Also more toilet paper would have been helpful.

  Location was wonderful. Apartment furnishings were beautiful. Very nice stay and would stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: AC ran cold and very refreshing, but it was a little warm in the bedrooms.
