  Small but lovely hotel! Good location close to water bus stop and easy to walk to the many sights.
  Staff friendly at all times, nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.

  A beautiful hotel located on the main canal nestled in a quiet alleyway.
  Wonderful architecture & history with views over the canal.
  A good hearty breakfast for 10€ and within a few minutes walk of the Rialto bridge.

  Such an amazing place. The hotel is in a beautiful and central location. 15 to 20 minutes walk to most places including the train and bus station. The staff were fantastic and helpful. We were so lucky to get a room upgrade on arrival which made our holiday. Thank you so much.

  Unbeatable value, the price of the rooms in this palazzo fluctuates along the year and this time my single room including buffet breakfast was 55 Euros per night.
  Great location in a very old palazzo that faces the Grand Canal.
  Elegant room decoration.
  Very efficient room cleaning service, my blood-stained pillow cover was replaced by a clean one every single day.
  Good room temperature, last year I complained about my room being cold and now it has not been the case.
  Very efficient friendly reception staff members.
  Wide choice of dishes for breakfast.
