  Location and Nicola the owner is very nice with good communication. Highly recommended as you are staying at the heart of Venice. Walking distance to everything and everywhere. Since the room I booked had a problem with heater, Nicola upgraded me to another room with private bathroom. Thank you for welcoming me to your house and made my stay in Venice more memorable. Will stay here again if I come back to Venice.

  What could be improved: It did feel overpriced after fee's and having to pay for an additional luggage storage. Probably could have got a different hotel that would have held our luggage for the price we ended up paying.

  The apartment was in an excellent location and close to attractions. The room was a good size and very clean. The little terrace was very cosy and relaxing. Excellent value for money. The building was amazing.
  
  What could be improved: Shower could have been a bit more powerful. The edge of the bed jutted out at the bottom and had to be avoided in passing.

  -Localization was very good not far from famous attractions just walking distance and still quiet area.

  Right in the centre of many water transport stops. Very accessible to various parts of Venice. Has many places to shop and buy souvenirs. Had many restaurants around the area at close proximity. A laundromat near the apartment was useful
  
  What could be improved: There is no lift and apartment is in the 3rd floor. Stairs are old and worn out. We were given a room which did not have an attached bathroom. We had to leave the room to use the bathroom. The bedroom had no mirror. The furniture was worn out and old. Basic cutlery or plates were not available. There no washing machine as it said in the booking website. Incomplete Check-in instructions.

  The patio and the location were wonderful.
  
  What could be improved: I thought having a kitchen meant a stove so we could cook. There’s a microwave and a coffee machine. There is a mini fridge in the room. Also the bathroom is shared with the whole floor.
