  My partner and I stayed in Europe for three weeks and Venice was our last destination. This accommodation is the best one we’ve stayed in! Beatrice met us at the ferry station and even helped us with our heavy luggage going up the flight of stairs to the apartment. The information booklet with the maps and recommendations in addition to Beatrice’s orientation were really helpful! The whole place was clean and the bed was really comfortable! We didn’t use the kitchen much aside from the kettle and Nespresso machine but we noticed that everything is provided including spices, cooking oil, and etc. Even laundry detergent was provided with the washing machine. We loved the little rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our morning espresso. The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a really nice restaurant right across (recommended by Beatrice, we dined there three times!)—it was the perfect location! Beatrice communicated with us throughout our stay. Unfortunately I left a few personal belongings in the desk drawer (which were all replaceable) and Beatrice was kind and helpful enough to offer to send it to me. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again if we go back to Venice!

  Central location to most popular sites in Venice. Host was great, met us at the pier even though we were running late because of airlines. Very friendly, thoughtful and well organized.

  Location was excellent. Our host Beatrice was wonderful. Met us off the Vaporetto. And then on arrival at the accommodation went through lots of information with us to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

  Beatrice was the perfect host, she met us at the ferry terminal, helped walk our suitcases to her lovely apartment and even carried a really heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs for us. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Simply the best.

  Beatrice, the owner, was so helpful! She met us at the ferry and helped my mom (who had a bad foot) with her bags and guided us to the apartment. She showed us the key landmarks on the way in and spent a good amount of time with us sharing tips and best places to visit.

  What could be improved: It is 3 flights of stairs which was a challenge with my mom's bad foot. But we made it work! We bought a cane at a local shop and that helped a lot

  The property was perfect for us, in a great location handy for all the main sights , transport links, restaurants and supermarkets. everything was very clean and comfortable, and all of our needs and desires had been pre-emptied by our hosts. We cooked in the apartment a couple of times and found the kitchen perfectly adequate.
  
  The shower was fine too, and the lounge area and bedroom were very comfortable and spacious.The weather was not super for our trip, but the rooftop terrace was still a bonus.I can imagine it would be great in better weather.
  
  The hosts were super friendly and helpful and met us from the boat from the airport and gave us lots of tips of great things to see and do.
  We would definitely stay here again on any future trip to Venice
