  Quite authentic furniture and a lovely feel of Venice. Really good value for the price. Facilities good. The owner is a guide so if she is available recommend ordering a tour in town. Also for breakfast we went to the fish market to get fresh fish. It's closer than it looks. And recommend a bakery one block away. Great place all round.

  It was a super nice appartment with enough space for 6 people. it was clean and located directly in the city center. our host was always reachable, friendly and very helpful. i would definitely stay there again.

  The location is amazing. A 2 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and 10 minute walk to St Mark’s Square.

  Spacious bedrooms and living area, location was excellent, only a stone’s throw from the Rialto Bridge and close to shops, pasticceria, supermarket, etc. Our host Francesco was incredibly helpful with arranging restaurant bookings, taxi’s, info on the area, and we had a great night out with him and his gondolier friends too!
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen is a little under equipped for the number of people the apartment sleeps, likewise with seating in the living area. A lot of stairs to get up so tricking moving luggage.
