  We stayed in the one bedroom ground floor apartment. A delightful space , beautifully decorated with great taste, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Heating was a dream with underfloor heating throughout. Excellent bathroom facilities with a large waterfall shower. Bedroom was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The apartment is perfectly located and a very short walk along the Main Street from San Marco and very close to the Accademia Bridge Martha was a delightful and very helpful host. A perfect stay

  The apartment reflected what I hoped for which was Venetian, and modern, Marta was a perfect host and Margerita was charming on greeting me on my initial arrival. It is such a convenient place to explore Venice, being an eight minute walk to Piazza San Marco (yet there is so much more to experience away from the tourist traps), yet a quiet retreat. There are so many advantages I could write for ever.
  
  What could be improved: There are a few things that would have made the apartment more interesting for me but that would detract from what was a lovely place to stay and the whole expereince which was fabulous. Marta is an undoubtedly experienced host. It would have been great to have met her during my stay.

  The apartment was beautifully furnished in an excellent location. It had a good shower/bathroom, comfortable bedroom and well appointed lounge/kitchen area. Very quiet at night yet still incredibly close to all the main sites. The host was very helpful and on hand when we arrived to help us settle in.
  
  What could be improved: A very minor point is that the ground floor flat gets relatively low levels of light due to it being positioned in a courtyard. This wasn't obvious from the photos and is just a personal preference rather than an issue with the apartment.

  Perfect communication, wonderful owner Mrs. Marta. Big apartment, nicer than in the photos.
  From the Piazzale Rome bus station within walking distance – approx. 25 minutes on foot through the beautiful Venetian streets.
  About 5 minutes walk from the apartment to San Marco square.
  Once again, we thank the owner very much for everything and we recommend it to everyone!!!!!
