  What could be improved: No elevator. 4 stories, 50 steps in a narrow winding stairwell. Place needs some TLC. Very small kitchen/living room.

  The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was roomy and clean. The apartment was very conveniently located between San Marco and the Rialto Bridge.
  
  What could be improved: This spiral stairs up to the apartment was a challenge for us with the large suitcases.

  The location was 2 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco & ferry docks. Easy to find with the details provided by the owner & a code to unlock the door and then a code to open a key box. 2 Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a kitchen. Very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: It was on the third floor – so bags had to be carried up, but probably all locations in Venice will be similar.

  What could be improved: Internet did not work- and no help from host despite messaging about this. He did communicate about other issues, but remained silent about this. Sink doesn’t work in one bathroom. Otherwise fine.

  What could be improved: The common space is kind of small, so we couldn’t all relax, we were 3 people and there were 2 armchairs.
  Also, the walls had so many dead mosquitoes on them it was kind of weird. Other than that, everything was nice
