  Extremely central location, just a block away from San Marco’s. The staff were extremely kind and we were able to arrange a late arrival after their usual hours for a small reasonable fee. The room was comfortable and clean.

  The breakfast was simple but very welcome, the location was brilliant- just around the corner to St Mark's Square. We had a problem with another guest locking the door behind them and we couldn't get in but this was resolved quickly and well by our contact. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day.

  Our room was small, but it was comfortable and quiet. It was equipped with a coffee and tea maker for morning. The AC ran great, and the bath and shower were updated and comfortable. Our host came out to find us, then showed us to our room and got us settled in. We had a tour scheduled immediately after check in, and she graciously took us directly to our meeting location. Highly appreciated after getting turned around!
  
  What could be improved: The location was very hard to find, wandering around narrow streets. I don't think that this is the only one, Venice was just a bit more challenging to navigate. GPS signal gets lost within the buildings.
