  Overall an oustanding unit and great value. Wonderful location, friendly staff, and cozy apartment with lots of space and the comforts of home. Perfect for quiet and relaxation while still being close to all the major sites.

  It is a great, spacious, well equipped, safe area. There are grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, walkable, and the host is so responsive and share great resources including recommendations for ordering in, etc.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing is that I needed to go to Lido and learned that the ferries are not as often from Giudecca to Lido so you need to take multiple ferries. Google Maps does not really have the correct information so be diligent with checking the correct ferries and passes.

  Communication was easy and efficient. We informed the contact person of our arrival, once we landed, and met at the apartment.

  We really like the host. So caring and informative. The location was lovely .
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom needs an update especially bath, also more toiletries would be nice. The bed especially pillows very uncomfortable.

  The apartment has all the facilities that you will need for a short term or a longer stay, it comes with a walk in closet, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, gas hob, oven and a fridge freezer. It also comes with a washing machine, and all the drying and washing facilities you might require.
  
  The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs and we had the pleasure of meeting them on a couple of occasions during our short stay. They were also very accommodating to our itinerary giving us the flexibility we needed to enjoy our stay.
  
  Lastly the view of the Venician Greater Urban Centre was sublime. While we weren't able to appreciate it much at night when we arrived later, we were greeted with a stunning view of the city with slight fog that reflected the sun and made the floating city shine bright in very temperate weather.
  
  I will have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay for future travellers or my friends or family that have an interest in visiting Venice!
  
  What could be improved: There was very little about the property that we did not like. Perhaps the only challenge we faced is the fact we had a bit of a difficult time getting there. Since it was our first time in Venice we had difficulty in getting there by water bus as we were unfamiliar with the bus lines and there is no walkable bridge to Giudecca from San Marco. Getting there was a small bit stressful later at night but it's location was very accessible once we got used to it.

  What could be improved: Был слегка специфический запах в апартаментах. И одеяло лежало на простыне. Не в пододеяльнике. На одну ночь это еще потерпеть можно но я ночевала там 5 дней и мне это было крайне не комфортно

  Vom Eintreffen bus zur Abreise perfekt, sauber, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
  
  Lage super neben Vaporetto Station, nur 1 Station zum Trubel.

  Super Unterkunft. Cristina war sehr nett und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. wir konnten am Abreisetag solange bleiben wie wir wollten. Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl hat sie extra besorgt. die Lage ist echt top und man hat vom Trubel seine Ruhe. eine kurze Bootsfahrt und man ist voll im Mittelpunkt. Man kam abends super und echt günstig Essen gehen.
  
  What could be improved: Für Pärchen top. Mit Kleinkind muss man beachten,dass alles sehr offen gestaltet ist und man abends etwas leiser sein muss. Es gibt keine Beanstandungen. Zum schlafen und erholen von Tag einfach perfekt.

  L’emplacement est parfait. Le confort du mobilier et de l’appartement en lui même est parfait aussi.
  
  What could be improved: Le bruit au sein de l’appartement est présent. On entend parfois les appartements d’à côté mais également le bruit de dehors. L’isolation n’est pas assez bonne et cela pouvait déranger pour dormir par exemple.
