  What’s not to like?!? It was centrally located and easy to access – an 8 minute walk from the ferry and a mere 2 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and the Basilica. Gondola rides were very close by as well. Shops and delicious restaurants were only steps away (thank you Paolo for the recommendation to Da Cherubino – we went twice). The Apartment itself has every amenity imaginable and was very clean. It’s an old but beautiful building with very modern amenities and I love that I could open just about any window and enjoy some people watching. It fit our family of 6 perfectly. Mario was very communicative and flexible. It was a really smooth process and we hope to be back again soon.
  
  What could be improved: Someone should warn you that once you arrive in Venice and stay in a perfectly situated place with so much charm, such as Mario’s, you won’t want to leave.
