  Great location (4’ from San Marco Square-7 to 8’ from
  Rialto). The apartment was clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the terrace has a very nice view. The instructions received for getting to the appointment were detailed and the recommendations for food and drinks were very good and helpful. If you want an excellent take away pasta or a gondola ride you can find them right outside.

  Great location, extremely clean.
  Owner graciously upgraded us to a larger room for free and left us a bottle of Prosecco!
  Will recommend this property to friends/family traveling to Venice, and will rebook for our next trip.

  What could be improved: Bathroom smell – not sure what cause was. Agent said it wld be fixed. Balcony not on same floor, small, and not worth the extra cost as frequented by smokers

  What could be improved: It was advertised that the rooms have terraces. But it's a communal one you get outside of the room. We thought they were attached to the rooms.

  Very comfortable and clean. Great central location. Five minutes walk from San Marco Square. Great bar/restaurant just across the street. Highly recommended.

  The apartment style room was wonderful and the surrounding area was great. The rooftop terrace was also an amazing bonus!
