  Great location (4’ from San Marco Square-7 to 8’ from
  Rialto). The apartment was clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the terrace has a very nice view. The instructions received for getting to the appointment were detailed and the recommendations for food and drinks were very good and helpful. If you want an excellent take away pasta or a gondola ride you can find them right outside.

  What could be improved: Bathroom smell – not sure what cause was. Agent said it wld be fixed. Balcony not on same floor, small, and not worth the extra cost as frequented by smokers
