  The location and staff are amazing! It’s 10 minutes walking to Piazza San Marcos. Moreover Alessia was charming and she recommended us a lot of places to eat and visit.

  Pleasant welcome at the station of vaporetto by Isabella. The appartment was very close to all sightseeings. Comfy and clean. Immediate reaction to all needs. I would recommend.

  Really close to Giglio water bus stop, walkable to tourist locations, really nicely furnished and modern apartment with all the amenities. Hostess was prompt and communication on booking.com chat as well as WhatsApp was awesome. Explained to us which line to take from Marco Polo Airport to apartment and kept in touch regularly. Shared advice about sim buying places, food places etc. The apartment has a balcony but looks over the back of other apartments. There is a TV, great Bluetooth sound system. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen has all the amenities. Sofa bed was comfortable too.
  
  What could be improved: The mattress in the bedroom is a bit too soft but that could be just my liking. One thing I didn't like was the performance of Aircon, it really needs sorting out. The flow of air wasn't great and we could do with the fans but we never had the time to ask as we had a busy itenerary. I read great reviews of Aircon which is why I selected this apartment but Aircon needs a service or repair.

  Great location, clean, spacious, comfortable and as described. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of room. Close proximity to all the main sites and good restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the water taxi terminal if you're commuting from Marco Polo airport. Our host, Isabella, was fantastic, very friendly and generous with her time and knowledge of the area. Highly recommend staying here.
