Venetian Infinity Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Venetian Infinity feels like discovering a secret that locals have been keeping to themselves. This four-star gem sits right in San Marco 1138, and I mean right in the thick of everything — you’re literally steps from St. Mark’s Square without the tourist trap feeling. The staff here actually responds quickly when you need something, which honestly surprised me after dealing with some pretty sluggish service elsewhere in the city.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what’s brilliant about this spot? You’re in the real heart of Venice, but somehow it doesn’t feel overwhelming. I’ve stayed in places where you can’t escape the crowds, but here there’s this perfect balance. The location score of 9.8 isn’t just marketing fluff — you can walk to the Doge’s Palace in about three minutes, yet when you step inside, the chaos just melts away. Couples seem to get this place instinctively, and I can see why it works so well for romantic getaways.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in had this understated elegance that felt authentically Venetian without being overly theatrical. Large windows let in that soft, filtered light that makes Venice look like a painting — and trust me, the views don’t disappoint. The beds are properly comfortable (not always a given in historic buildings), and the bathrooms are modern enough to feel fresh while keeping some classic Italian touches. What I really appreciated was the attention to sound insulation; despite being in such a central location, nights were surprisingly peaceful.
Service & Amenities
The team here knows their stuff about Venice, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to navigate the city’s quirks. They’ll point you toward the best cicchetti bars that tourists usually miss, or help you figure out the water taxi situation without making you feel clueless. The property responds fast to questions — and I mean actually fast, not “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours” fast. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels professionally run without being stuffy or overly formal.
Why Guests Love It
Honestly, it comes down to location and that intangible feeling of being in the right place. The 9.2 rating reflects what you experience here — it’s not trying to be the flashiest hotel in Venice, but it nails the fundamentals beautifully. You’re close enough to everything that matters, the service actually works, and there’s this sense that you’re experiencing Venice the way it’s meant to be experienced. For couples especially, there’s something about the intimate scale and prime location that just clicks. It’s the kind of place where you spend your time exploring the city rather than hanging around the hotel, but you’re genuinely happy to come back each evening.

Reviews of Venetian Infinity
Avanish from United States – 28 March 2025 (10/10)
Venice is a small city, but the apartment is located pretty close to San Marco plaza and is easy to carry luggage to/from Rialto bridge water bus station. Sabrina gave us easy to access instructions to access the apartment. The hidden bathroom was very unique in a good way 🙂
Richard from United States – 22 October 2024 (10/10)
The location was only a few minutes walk from San Marco Square and all the major sites in Venice. It's location was perfect to get to sites within the city. The two bedroom apartment was clean and easy to get to.
What could be improved: You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It was not an issue for us and this is not a complaint but it may pose issues with people who cannot go up and down stairs.Michel from Saudi Arabia – 10 June 2024 (10/10)
Fantastic apartment right next to Saint Marc Square. Large rooms and living area.
Best part was the spare room with the bathroom/shower built into the wardrobe…kids loved it.
What could be improved: Nothing worth noting.Jennifer from United Kingdom – 8 June 2024 (8/10)
Great location and good facilities. The apartment was also very spacious
What could be improved: The cost of 10 euros per day for air conditioning should be included in the price. We therefore didn’t use itBasilios from United States – 11 May 2024 (10/10)
Beautifully kept

As San Marco square is right behind the corner this apartment is ideal for daily tracks all over the Venice. Apartment has more than enough equipment and space (100 m2) in it. The 2nd bathroom located in the closet was really fun for our kids.
Emma from Australia – 6 January 2024 (10/10)
We loved everything about this place! It truly felt as if we were staying at a friends home. So warm and welcoming with the extra special touches from Sabrina. The location was excellent. Very well appointed with all the comforts of home.
What could be improved: The front door of the house was a pain to open but we worked it out. Could’ve done with more toilet rolls.Patricia from United States – 9 December 2023 (10/10)
We were given detailed instructions and pictures to show where and how to get in. Location was so close to St Marks Square, Wonderful! comfortable with two bedroom and two bathrooms. Kitchen even provided snacks!!
What could be improved: some confusion on paying the city tax/. somtwixe how we ended up paying twice.Carl from United States – 12 October 2023 (10/10)
The apartment was large for Venice. The unit was well maintained and the location was perfect.
What could be improved: We have no complaints.Ganti from United Kingdom – 8 September 2023 (10/10)
The property is very centrally located, spacious than we expected it to be for our family of four, with charming rooms and furnishings. I was really pleased that the owners had supplied us good amount of toilet tissues, and supplied us with kitchen towels, and some essential kitchen supplies so I could cook without having to buy oil and salt etc. We felt welcomed. There was a lovely bottle of wine/champagne in the fridge.
What could be improved: Nothing particularly
