Although it was not a convenient process to pick up the keys, the young lady who handled those duties was very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was adequate and the location wasn't bad.

Idyllic location. Great spot in a quaint laneway off the main Via Garibaldi in Castello, one of the residential districts.
Walk down the lane way & directly into cafes, fresh fruit stall, & a short 30sec walk to the bakery. Dotted with a number of restaurants, cafe bars, coffee spots, even a take away pizza place and gelateria. Honestly perfect for kids.
Ideal for living away from home, a mini supermarket and pharmacy is less that a minute walk away.
Around the corner from Garibaldi park, were you can stroll down the park to get relief from the humid Venetian summer. And say hello to the family of turtles in the pond.
Two vapporetto (water bus) stops are a 5-10min walk away (Arsenale & Giardini) giving access to the entire city via various vaporetti lines. (1,2,4.1,4.2,5.1,5.2).
Lovely, quiet and safe, but only a 5min ferry ride to the hustle and bustle of Piazza San Marco.
Nice and clean. Clean bathroom and shower, small kitchen.
What could be improved: Unfortunately a family of 6 was a stretch for the accomodation. The two air conditioned bedrooms upstairs were ideal for my 4 kids, but the downstairs living room converted into a third bedroom wasn’t ideal given only a fan to cool down.

The best thing about the property was it's locatio, 15 min walk from St Mark's Square, next to a Super market

Very clean, we got ground floor apartment. Proper towel and blankets. Decent small size kitchen.
What could be improved: 1. Distance between – Keys Collection and Apartment is Issue.
2. They only pickup your phone or reply to your message after 3.30pm.
3. Only 1 small bathroom in 2bed apartment.

The apartment was clean and tidy, the kitchen facilities met our needs for simple self catering. The WiFi was useful (though on occasion cut out) Also, the apartment was well positioned for the Giardini and Arsenale (the reason for our stay).
What could be improved: The apartment we stayed in was on the ground level in a narrow passageway. As such it was gloomy and somewhat damp with no views out of the windows. The agency managing the apartment does not give out the location of the apartment assigned to you until you arrive so we weren't prepared for this.
