  The location is perfect , central to everything and the apartment is wonderful , Eva’s been thought of and there were ample supplies of towels . Toiletries and even down to the coffee pods and expresso makers
  Carla was our contact for check in and she was amazing, always in contact to help with check in and then helpful tips about the area
  
  What could be improved: Of course the 70 steps up , but we are well warned , and Carla helped with the bags on arrival so no big deal

  The apartment was gorgeous and so much more than we expected. The apartment was spacious with a gorgeous terrace, the bed was so comfortable, my husband wanted to take it home with us. Ha! It was the perfect place for our last stretch of our 25th anniversary trip to Italy. Highly recommend this apartment!

  The location was amazing and the apartment was so cute! Just a short 5min walk to St. Mark’s and walkable to all attractions & restaurants. Carla was so sweet & accommodating during check in.
  
  I took a water taxi from the train station to Hotel Danieli then from there it was a very easy walk to the apartment. The apartment was extremely well-stocked, even better than what you’d typically find in a hotel room. As a solo traveler it was way more space than I needed but appreciated and I loved chilling on the terrace. I’m American and like my room temperature very cold and the AC units worked very well.
  
  Overall my expectations were exceeded and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venezia.
  
  What could be improved: I’m in extremely good shape but the stairs were still tiring, especially after dinner & a few drinks, so do keep that in mind especially if you have large luggage.

  Super nice place to be in Venise. The location was perfect. It is close to Saint Marcos square. Very quite, which is perfect to rest, but very close to a nice restaurants and interesting places. Carla give us a nice welcome and was super reactive to our demands.
