  A great cosy warm and comfortable apartment in a perfect location yet in a quiet spot. Walking distance to the San Samuel vaperetto stop. Check in with Matteo was easy and timely. It felt like we were living like locals. We loved the comfy bed and bath robes

  We liked everything! The location is perfect, the apartment was clean and everything very organized.
  All items for daily use available and in good conditions. Very good toiletry kits (even ear plugs and sewing kit!)
  Carla from the staff helped us since I booked the unit and was VERY helpful all the way to checkout.
  She gave us tips that were very helpful and went to the waterbus station to pick us up upon our arrival.
  The checkin/checkout is pretty easy and all automated. Working air conditioner, great shower, I could not be more happier! If we come back to Venice, this is the place we will look for.
  
  What could be improved: It is not that I did not like it, just a tip: the windows are tricky to open/close. Just make sure to ask the person checking you in to show you how it works.

  The location was fantastic. Just a few minutes walk from the San Samuele vaporesso stop was ideal for getting into the heart of Venice. Rooms were clean, modern and homey. The staff was really communicative and picked you up right from the boat stop. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your stay.
  
  What could be improved: Only gripe was that the coffee machine had some scaling in it so opted not to use it. Not a bad thing especially if you want to get your espresso fix at nearby caffès.

  The host was very helpful, explaining which boat to take to get there and provided directions to the apartment with pictures. She also gave us a tour of the property and explained how everything worked. The apartment was clean, large and had all neccessary items. It felt like we were staying in a real Venecian home. We loved it.

  Everything! Firstly pre stay, Veronica provided us with information on transportation, route from ferry terminal to apartment, details on city tax – you couldn’t ask for a more friendly host. A lovely member of staff met us at the apartment and went through everything we may need to know for our stay which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was lovely with everything you could ever need for your stay – this definitely exceeded our expectations. Location was also fabulous too – very close to lots of important landmarks but on a quiet street.
