  Great accommodation, great location which is very quiet and an easy walk to all locations. Quality fixtures and fittings which are all clean and well presented. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this to anyone. Owners were extremely helpful with recommendations for attractions and places to eat and even booked us a roof top experience overlooking the Rialto Bridge. Book with confidence!!
  
  What could be improved: The only minor point (and I am being picky) would be a coat hook near the front door. A very minor point and could be easily resolved.

  Bellissimo Loft situato a Cannaregio. La struttura è recente e dotata di ogni comfort. È possibile affacciarsi dalla propria camera sul canale e questo ha reso il tutto più magico. Siamo rimasti colpiti da tanti piccoli dettagli e accortezze che non ci aspettavamo. La cucina è molto attrezzata e troverete qualsiasi cosa di cui avete bisogno. Sono offerte bustine per tisane , caffè, addirittura olio, sale che se si decide di cenare a casa sono molto utili e non sempre si trovano. Fantastico l’impianto audio in tutte le stanze. Le proprietarie sono state molto gentili e tramite whatsapp ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La consigliamo assolutamente.

  Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Venedig! Alles war einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
  
  Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Service: Das Personal hat uns schon vor der Anreise über WhatsApp kontaktiert, eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung geschickt und alle unsere Fragen schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Das hat die Anreise unglaublich erleichtert!
  
  Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

  TOTUL!!!!!
  Pozitia este excelenta, la 5 minute de vaporetto, cu vedere spre un canal.
  Am fost așteptați cu lumânări, bomboanesi prosecco.
  Apartamentul are absolut tot ceea ce crezi ca ti-at trebui si ceva în plus. Exista o instalatie performanta de sonorizare. Exista multe puncte de incarcare USB. Curatenia este exemplara.
  Gazdele, Sara și Maria, au fost în permanență langa noi, chiar dacă nu am reusit sa ne întâlnim din păcate. Ne-au dat informații despre apartament dar și despre evenimentele care au loc în apropiere.

  Struttura bellissima! Totalmente nuova e vicinissima ai punti turistici della città! Il quartiere super tranquillo e silenzioso , tra l’altro il loft si affaccia su un canale per cui la posizione e l’atmosfera sono suggestive e bellissime!
