  There was nothing nice about this apartment except that it is in Venice.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was terrible. We were greeted by a stench – probably from old furniture, carpets and mattresses. The furniture in the apartment is old, but it is not antiques, just old junk. The walls are full of water stains. The door creaks. In the bathroom, the shower cabin leaks and water spills onto the floor, making it very slippery. The tiles in the kitchen are broken. It is very dark inside as the windows are small. The facility's staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. Starting with trivial things – I reported an insufficient amount of toilet paper (there were only 2 rolls for 3 nights for 5 people) and even though toilet paper was on the equipment list, I was told to go to the store to buy it myself. Similarly, with the kettle, which didn't work, the staff suggested that I didn't know how to turn it on. Another problem is the lack of towels for one person. Even though I reported a week before arrival that there would be an extra person and paid extra during check-in, the staff suggested that it was my fault because there were supposed to be fewer people. They brought it on the last day. Similarly with duvets – I asked a week earlier for separate duvets in double beds because we are friends, not couples, this request was not fulfilled, which meant that two people had nothing to sleep under.
  To sum up, I do not recommend staying in this place. Don't be fooled by the photos, they are taken in such a way that everything looks nice and inviting, but in reality it is not.

  What could be improved: Die Toilette hat schlecht gerochen, die Herdplatten waren ein Jammer, der versprochene Balkon eigentlich nicht vorhanden.
