  Peaceful location. Very spacious rooms. Very clean and fresh accommodation. The alley to the place is narrow, but the facilities are excellent. It has private kitchen with all utensils.

  Estaba bastante limpio. No había ruido y la cocina estaba bien equipada. Había calefacción por lo que muy bien. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas un tiempo más.
  
  What could be improved: Nuestra estancia fue de 5 noches, por lo que le pedimos al anfitrión si podía dejarnos un poco más de jabón y shampoo ya que solo había dejado dos y eran muchos días. Nos dijo que si sin problema pero nunca los trajo.

  Un appartement très bien situé, près de la gare, dans un quartier calme et bien desservi, loin de l'agitation de l'hyper centre de Venise tout en étant tout proche à pieds. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre et agréable.
