  We had a great stay here. The location is ideal – 2 minutes walk from the San Angelo stop on the Grand Canal. 8 minutes walk max to Rialto Bridge. 5 minutes walk to Academia bridge. The apartment was clean, traditional but well fitted out. Would stay here again for sure. Very nice vibe.
  
  What could be improved: Really can't find fault. The kids upstairs ran around incessantly all morning – but they may have been guests, not residents!! Never a fan of just getting one key only.

  The location and coziness! Having a washer in the apartment after a long trip was very helpful!

  We chose this location as center of things we wanted to walk to and was perfect for that.
  Ground floor unit had no view but had a window onto a little canal is all we wanted and very few boats down that small canal so very quiet was great. Apartment had everything we needed.
  
  What could be improved: Could do with some simple maintenance to make the shower door close, the fridge door to close and to stop the towel rails falling off the wall. Needs a power board in the kitchen for the 3 appliances and one socket. Minor issues really.

  I was right on a canal! Perfect location close to piazza and the Grand Canal. Easy walk to Accademia Bridge, Rialto Bridge and so much more. So comfortable and the host was easy to contact.

  without doubt one of the best bang for the bucks in Venice. I have been trying several places in Venice for the past 20 years or so and I wish I had heard of this before. location is superb, a stone trow away from the St Angelo line 1 vaporetto stop so YOU DO NOT NEED TO DRAG your luggage for too long. Numerous bars in Piazza Sn Stefano right behind for breakfast. The apartment was recently refurbished with very good taste (even Bizazza tiles in the bathroom – for the connoisseur) , is very quiet and has a lovely view on a waterway right behind the house. You basically can see the gondolas pass in front of you from the bedroom ! Owner is helpful and will provide practical information. Kitchen space very clean and all appliances available even a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a wash machine,
