  Location was perfect, we did tons of walking about. Enjoyed the view of the square. Room & bathroom were spotless. Easy check-in & check-out process. We loved the luggage facility, to store our bags until our flight. Saw a fridge and microwave in the luggage facility on our last day, I suggest informing guests about these on arrival, it's a great perk! Staff were super friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom was perfect inside and spacious, a bit weird having it not attached to the room but not the end of the world. Suggestion: Add a shower holder for toiletries (would be super useful!!)
  A tea/coffee sachet would have been lovely.

  Very good location and close to lots of interest areas. Also the room was as expected and clean.
  
  What could be improved: The bed mattress can be a double one instead of two singles united with the sheets on top 🙂
  Bathroom/toielt is a bit far away from the room (3 doors away) but that's known in advance from description.

  Great value for money. The room was clean and the external bathroom was close and easy to access. The location was great for us and lots of nice restaurants nearby. The staff let us check in early and also leave our bags which was very helpful. We felt very safe and secure.

  What could be improved: No lift and with an older person it was rather difficult climb to third floor.. luckily we managed it.. One room was with a bath room outside which is not convenient at all – although we knew this, we didnt realise we have to open one more door to go to the bath.

  Location was excellent. Clean towels and cleaned every day. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Came outside to show us to reception and help us.
  
  What could be improved: No tv. No lift. But not really a problem. Also it shares a reception with hotel next door but we didn't know that and were a bit stuck at first
