  Cute interior, clean room, quiet, nice communication, and a great location close to the bus and train station.
  
  For me the location is the biggest advantage: I was traveling alone, had an early flight, and was a bit nervous about walking to the bus station in the middle of the night. But it was just a 10-minute walk, through the wide street (quite busy at the daytime). The location is also very convenient in terms of sightseeing (you can walk to the main places in 30 minutes or take a ferry, the stop is just 5 minutes from the hotel).
  
  For me, room temperature was a bit cold, but it's normal for an old building and there was an additional blanket in the room. So you just need to consider to bring warmer pajamas and it'll be good 🙂

  I was traveling solo and stayed for one night in Venice. The location is excellent with the ferry stop just 2 mins walk from the property. The receptionist helped me with the best food joints and the stay was comfortable as well..

  Convenient location, on a busy square with many activities around. Very helpful staff, excellent communication, daily cleaning and change of linen. The room was small but adequate for my 4-day solo stay. I had a very good time at the property.

  Very good value for money. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk from the Santa Lucia Station. My room was very quiet. I slept like a baby. Cleaned every single day. Friendly staff. Really, there is nothing I could complain about. There was no TV set in the room, but let’s be honest, who’s coming to Venice to watch TV?
