  The windows give an amazing view into Venice canals and fresh air comes in. There are fans and air con if needed. Being on a canal there can be smells or the water in the air makes the doors in the cupboards etc harder to open or close sometimes but it is part of the area and no problem. The apartment is very well located with only one short stairway and there is a washing machine and drying rack. Plenty of space and very safe. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Very memorable Venice experience ! I would love to come back and stay here again as we felt very lucky to have such a good experience.
