  Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, 2 Badezimmer für 2 Schlafräume waren super, eine kleine Terrasse direkt zum Kanal, sehr nette, wenig touristische Gegend.
  
  What could be improved: Die Espressokanne war mini, für 4 Leute morgens zu klein. Sonst alles tipp-topp!

  Lovely apartment with a small canal side terrace. Host arranged water taxi drop off and pick up from the terrace. Some nice little touches within the Apt and great communication.
  Some very nice cafes, restaurants and shops very close.
  
  What could be improved: Air-conditioning wasn't great and be aware, the Apt was a trek from the main areas.

  Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo. Barrio tranquilo, con excelente ubicación. Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones, información clara y útil.

  Da wir die Biennale besuchen wollten, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig, alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Spektakulär ist die kleine Terrasse direkt am Kanal. Hier morgens zu frühstücken, ist sehr besonders. An heißen Tagen in die klimatisierte, wunderbare Wohnung zurückzukommen, war immer sehr erholsam.

  Marcello helped to arrange a private water taxi transfer for us as this is something we wanted to do. He met us at the apartment to give us the keys. He told us some interesting facts about the building and made suggestions about things to see and do around Venice. He also helped us book a table for dinner that evening (we didn't arrive until 7pm at the apartment so this was much appreciated and the food at Jonny's was delicious).
  
  Although the apartment is not in the central hustle and bustle of Venice, we couldn't fault the location. You are only ten minutes from the water bus stops which is such easy transport to get around or only a 20 minute walk from St Marks/The Rialto.
  
  The apartment itself is stunning and well equipped. It was great that it was so warm as visiting over New Year the outside temperature was cold!
  
  Would certainly stay here again 🙂
