  What could be improved: Parties communes sales et abîmées.
  Pas d’eau chaude ni de chauffage pendant 2 jours , en plein mois de décembre.
  Apparition de fourmis dans la cuisine.
  Et le proprio qui réclame les 4€ de taxe de séjour à la fin.. une blague.

  Great Location. Cheap for Venice where everything is expensive.
  
  What could be improved: There were several things that did not work. The washing machine was missing the door and could not be used. Only one light bulb in the bathroom (2 not working). Several other light bulbs not working.
  The shower was a challenge, your had to put it on hot to get it going then slowly change it cooler but being careful not to turn it off.
