  Amazing location, friendly kind reception hosts. Highly recommend. Top tip, use city mapper not google maps when trying to find the hotel initially 🙂

  Location is off a quiet alleyway very close to all the main attractions and shopping. Close to all the action but removed enough to provide some quiet and peace when you want it. Staff was very helpful with accommodating early check-in, restaurant information and reservations. Would definitely visit again.
  
  What could be improved: I liked it all, but be aware there are stairs to gain entry and they can be slippery, particularly if your feet are wet from the rain. Nothing to deter a visit, just be advised.

  At a time when Venice was very crowded, it was a great pleasure to be able to stay in a very comfortable room hidden in the middle of San Marco. Drazenka picked me up from San Marco Giardinetti, thinking that I would have difficulty finding the hotel in the crowd due to the carnival. On the way back, she helped me carry my suitcase to the same place. I have traveled a lot, I have never seen such elegance. She's extraordinary.

  This small cozy hotel is a real gem of Venice. A few steps from St. Marco Piazza and all the other sights. There are only 5 modern, quiet rooms, very comfortable bed, air conditioning, heating, coffee maker, two bottles of water, bathroom is small but wonderfully designed, shower, so plenty of space. All toiletries available, towels heated on a ladder heater, magnifying mirror, bidet. Mrs. Drazanka is incredibly nice, always willing to help. I highly recommend this accommodation.

  Great location just steps from st marks and the transportation there.
  
  What could be improved: The room is very small. It worked fine for me with one carryon and a backpack but it may be really tough for two people, two suitcases etc.

  my experience was more than excellent: it's clean, quite and very lovely place. but on top of that Drazhenka – the admin – is an excellent host. I had issues with my health and she did her atmost to help me to get better and supported me travelling to another country: she came with me to buy a ticket to ferry and followed me to ferry and organised help with the luggage. i highly recommend that place to stay
