J'ai adoré cet appartement parfaitement agencé, équipé, spacieux idéalement situé pour deux personnes avec une vue agréable sur une petite place vénitienne. L'hôtesse Giovanna est extrêmement sympathique. le système d'ouverture et de fermeture de l'appartement est ultra sécure et extrêmement pratique.

Die Wohnung war sehr hell und gemütlich. Alles was eine kleine Familie für 6-7 Tage (auch mehr!) brauchen kann ist dabei. Sehr sauber. Tolle Lage – Vaporetto 1 min, Realto 7 min, San Marco 15-20 min, Bahnhof Venedig Santa Lucia 17 min. 100% Empfehlung!

Rewelacyjne miejsce, wyposażone we wszystko co może być potrzebne – pralka, zmywarka, klimatyzacja, ogrzewanie podłogowe – było ciepło. Pod oknami restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem, obok bar z dobrymi drinkami. Bardzo fajny widok z okien. Bardzo blisko do sklepu COOP, blisko także przystanek tramwajów wodnych nr 1. Do mostu Rialto ok 5 minut na pieszo – byliśmy tam codziennie. Osoba przekazująca klucze bardzo starannie nam wszystko wyjaśniła, powiedziała gdzie możemy znaleźć bardzo dobre restauracje, oraz wskazała miejsca gdzie spotykają się miejscowi, a co za tym idzie ceny są niższe.
What could be improved: Jedyny minus za który obniżyłem ocenę na 9 to fakt, iż musieliśmy sami na koniec wynieść śmieci, nikt ich nie odbierał przez 4 dni… Do koszy mieliśmy dalej niż do mostu Rialto.Tiziano from Switzerland – 3 November 2024 (10/10)

Apartment immaculate and refurbished to a very high standard. Well equipped, spacious bathroom and excellent shower. Very central location. Host was very attentive and helpful before we arrived and was there to meet us on arrival, spent time giving information about local restaurants and travel. It exceeded our expectations and would happily recommend to family and friends.

The location was perfect close to main attractions within 5-10 min walk places to eat and explore on the doorstep. Quiet of a evening slept well apartment had everything we needed well stocked kitchen and a handy little supermarket 100yrds away
