The kitchen area is surprisingly well-equipped for a three-star place; I was able to make proper coffee and even cook a simple dinner with ingredients from the Rialto market. The bathroom’s compact but functional, and the shower actually has decent water pressure (which, honestly, can be hit or miss in these old Venetian buildings).

Neighborhood Life

What I love about staying here is how quickly you slip into the rhythm of local life. There’s a small campo just a few minutes away where kids play football in the evenings while their parents chat over spritz. The area has this authentic energy that you just don’t get near the main tourist sites. You’ll pass the same shopkeepers on your way out each morning, and by day three, they’re nodding hello like you’re a regular. It’s that kind of place where you feel like a temporary resident rather than just another visitor passing through.

  The location of the appatment was the best. Every place that we would like to see was 6-7 min by walk. Rialto bridge and san marco was close. Also this appartment has a terrace with a great view from san marco.
  
  What could be improved: Shower was the downside of this appartment. Also it would be nice if there was coffee in the jar since there was a moka pot. The garbage system of the city in general was challanging but we found a way to manage 🙂

  Amazing property in the heart of one of Venice's nicest neighbourhoods. The terrace view is to die for, and it's amazing to be right in the middle of life in the lagoon city. The hosts were very nice to deal with and hurried to arrive when we got there even though they were busy with other bookings.
  
  What could be improved: Careful of the mosquitos! It seems there is no way to avoid them in this area of Venice. A big surprise during winter.

  Booked for 3 nights with my partner. The apartment is superb, literally a 5 minute walk from Rialto water boat stop. Top floor apartment with an amazing terrace with unreal views of the city including St Marks Bassilica. Kitchen area with all facilities, double bed in a decent size bedroom and a shower en suite. Location was perfect and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
