  Хорошие апартаменты, расположены рядом с парковой, до нее идти примерно 5-7 минут, но апартаменты расположены далеко от площади Сан Марко (примерно 2 км или 30-40 минут пешком). В целом все есть, но все очень "уставшее".
  
  What could be improved: Были серьезные проблемы с заселением, в Гугл карты нужно вводить полный адрес включая район, а не только номер дома и улицу. Нас об этом не проинформировали при заселении. Мы ввели только дом и улицу и ушли на другой конец города, будьте внимательны. Заселение при личной встрече с сотрудником.

  La struttura è in una posizione ottima. Il quartiere è molto carino, pieno di locali e ristoranti. Il b&b è vicino alla fermata vaporetto S. Tomà e l'abbiamo trovata veramente comoda. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, ottimo i condizionatori. Appartamento molto pulito.
  La comunicazione con lo staff è stata ottima, molto presenti.
  
  What could be improved: Innanzitutto gran parte del voto non altissimo è purtroppo dovuto al divano-letto: scomodissimo, abbiamo dormito veramente male per 3 giorni, con le schiene indolenzite.
  Comodo invece il letto matrimoniale in camera.
  Cucina con il giusto, anche se non l'abbiamo usata. Il bagno ha veramente il minimo indispensabile: ci sarebbe bisogno di appendini per gli asciugamani e un mobile d'appoggio (non la scarpiera abbastanza inutile che c'è ora). Diciamo che in 4 con un bagno così si sta scomodi, ma basta veramente poco perché poi doccia molto potente, phone pure e shampoo/saponi/carta abbondanti.

  The location was pretty handy for exploring Venice on foot.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in process was very poor with the host not releasing a code for the key-box until 3pm. If people arrive without the internet connection it would make it particularly difficult for them to check-in. There was a constant problem with hot water which was not sorted during our stay. The internet signal was so poor that sometimes it was difficult to open Google maps.
