  The location isn’t in the centre of Venice however it was extremely accessible and away from the business of the city. Venice is a very walkable city and if we weren’t staying at this location we wouldn’t have ventured out and stumbled across the things we did, so this was very beneficial to our trip. There is more to the city than the main parts like San Marco.
  
  Apartment had everything you need and was clean, hosts were very helpful, you get your own outdoor area and it even comes with a washing machine so is perfect for long stays. Couldn’t recommend it more. Glad we choose to stay here over a hotel as it felt more like home.

  Excellent modern apartment very well equipped. Very Clean and tidy. The welcome and information was first class before we arrived and it has a lovely outdoor space too. Away from the very busy areas of Venice but still extremely convenient for transport links.
  
  What could be improved: The only improvement I would suggest is a better mattress otherwise the apartment is highly recommended.

  The location is great, close to the train station and water bus station, but quiet, and safe. The appartment is very clean and modern, everything worked well. The appartment is on the ground floor, which is rare in Venice and could be very useful in case of leg problems or heavy luggage. The shower is great. Nice courtyard to dine or breakfast outside. The host is very friendly and accomodating, everything was great! 🙂

  Location: not too far from touristic places (around 10 minutes by walk) and located in a quiet and local area.
  Apartment seems to be freshly renovated and very comfortable.
  Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is very modern and functional.
  Air condition is quite appreciated for warm days!
  
  Marco and Marcella the hots are very friendly and it was easy to communicate with them.

  This flat is big and had all the facilities needed. It had towels, bedding, washing machine and the kitchen had everything needed for self catering!
  
  The central part of Venice was only a 30 minute walk away and public transport was close by including the train station.
