  Nice and cosy studio with absolutely gorgeous ancient decor in the bathroom! Located at the beautiful square in the hot spot of the town, close to everything. Nikos the host is very attentive and caring!

  Perfect location, very clean accommodation. Bed was really comfortable. Host provided lots of contact details so I felt reassured we could get help if needed; he also sent through lots of very useful suggestions for activities, transport and local amenities. Nice selection of tea and coffee provided. Wifi worked well. A super stay and if I return to Venice, I would stay there again.

  The location is amazing, The bridge of the sighs is 100 m from there. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. There were boats passing close by and you could hear old italian songs. The apartment is in a historical building. When you go up the narrow staircase, you dive into the spirit of this old city. The most of the historical seightseeings are nearby. You can reach everything by walk.

  I had an excellent stay in Venice. Nikos was a great host, providing detailed and accurate information on how to collect the keys upon my arrival, and keeping in touch throughout my stay for anything I needed. The apartment was cosy and well-stacked with breakfast items, milk, juice, etc. The location was excellent, on a small campo with plenty of choices around for food and drink, but the room was very quiet. I look forward to coming back again!
