  The bed room was clean .
  
  What could be improved: Never mentioned to me it was the last floor it was so hard for me to go upstairs and the wi-Fi you only stay in the kitchen to get the service it doesn’t reach the bedroom very small tv in the kitchen not even working/remote control don’t even have batteries you pay for cleaning but you have to take your garbage to trash miles away if it’s in the in the building no problem the bathroom is out dated need to fix everything falling apart and please watch the price we’re offered in Canadian dollars for 3 people after changed to €

  Nous avons été accueillis par Brigitte, qui a été super gentille et agréable pour bien nous expliqué les choses et ce autant pour les lignes de bateau-bus que pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Les lits sont très confortables. La clim fonctionnait super bien que ce soit dans la cuisine ou dans la chambre. Wifi correct. Des échantillons de produits vaisselle, lave-linge, savon, gel douche, shampooing. 3 serviettes par personne. Quartier agréable, proche d'une grande rue (restaurants, bars, glaciers), à 15 minutes à pied de la place St-Marc. Un parc, un supermarché Coop à deux pas ainsi qu'un bateau-primeur et une poissonnerie juste à côté. Arrêt bateau-bus à 3 minutes à pied
  
  What could be improved: Je n'avais pas compris qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre avec le lit 2 personnes et le canapé-lit en face l'un de l'autre. Il n'y a donc pas de salon. Le tuyau de douche est à changer (fuites au niveau de la jonction avec la pomme de douche). De plus la douche à l'italienne donne sur les toilettes et l'évacuation de l'eau ne se fait pas bien (pas assez de pente et des carrés de mosaïques ont disparu donc l'eau stagne) du coup, il faut utiliser la serpillière après la douche. Appartement tout en longueur. La TV ne marchait pas.

  Appartamento semplice ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima.
  
  What could be improved: Nulla di negativo di segnalare. Solo una precisazione per i prossimi ospiti: l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale piuttosto ripide (non indicato per chi ha limitazioni nella mobilità).

  Ottima posizione, vicinanza ai Giardini della Biennale, alla fermata del vaporetto e al supermercato. Appartamento silenzioso. Pulito. Letto comodo. Abbiamo segnalato che la TV non funzionava e un paio di giorni dopo ne hanno portato una nuova (problema da noi segnalato unicamente perché è richiesto un deposito cauzionale e non volevamo che ci venisse imputato il non funzionamento dell' apparecchio…).
  
  What could be improved: In realtà nulla…segnalo solamente che occorre fare tre rampe di scale ( solo per chi ha problemi di articolazione ) e la doccia è a ridosso della tazza del water…come capita di trovare a volte in strutture in costa romagnola…

  La ubicación. A menos de 10 minutos de la plaza San San Marcos. Una zona tranquila para dormir, y cerca de una calle con restaurantes y supermercados.
