  Very nicely decorated, the two bathrooms were very well done, and the location was fantastic. Also, both the host and the local partner that handled the keys gave us amazing recommendations that really helped our stay.
  
  What could be improved: One of the two beds was a bit soft, and the AC was a bit noisy.

  Location away from the tourist hot spots but right next to a canal. Very picturesque surroundings. Nice size for us all – a great space to relax after a long day seeing the sights of the city.

  Very cozy apartment tucked away in a quiet corner of Canareggio. Very convenient to the water bus from the airport, nice neighborhood restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk.
  
  What could be improved: The system for throwing away trash was very frustrating, and while I'm sure that a lot of this problem has to do with the idiosyncratic system of "trash boats", there should be more accommodation for helping guests deal with this. My last memory of my Venice vacation shouldn't be scrambling around the canals trying to find a barge to toss our trash onto. There should either be a receptacle in the lobby to hold this or the management company should handle the trash at the end of the stay completely. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

  Great communication, very friendly and helpful with transportation arrangements. The location was easy to move around from and the accommodations were comfortable.

  Attractive and nicely remodeled, good size rooms, comfortable, quiet, nice views, good internet, washer, Nespresso machine, kettle, close to some good restaurants and sights, good public water taxi access, host very helpful to arrange private water taxi from apartment to train station (recommend both ways)
  
  What could be improved: No lift, could use more storage in bedrooms and bathrooms, a toaster oven might be nice, trash sorting was a bit confusing (for people unfamiliar with system), finding apartment with a lot of luggage and getting keys was a bit difficult and would have preferred to meet someone near public water taxi stop to take us to apartment

  The appartamento at Ca Corte was wonderful and refreshing. Light spilled into the room from both sides. In the morning it was nice to open the windows to let a light cross breeze through the apartment.
  
  The living room windows are over a small canal, Rio Santa Caterina. I called it “Cathy’s Crick.” The outlook was beautiful. No doubting that you’re in Venice!
  
  At night we closed the windows and the rolling shutters and turned on the a/c. The bedroom windows overlook a quiet courtyard. All that made it very quiet at night so we slept very well.
  
  It’s located in the Cannaregio district. It’s in old Venezia but (but not in the touristical center), which is ideal. The center is a crush of tourists. Cannaregio is a sweet, quiet neighborhood.
  
  For food, our host, Andrea (soon to be a papa, Congratulazioni!) recommended a place for cichetti (Venetian tapas) called Ae Bricoe, located on Fondamente dei Ormesini, 12 min away. Bestest and freshest in town and extremely reasonable for such quality. Arrive between 17:00 – 19:00. Cichetti is served early. If you want a delicious restaurant with original food on a lovely small square, try Osteria Alla Frasca, 3 min away and you must reserve in advance. For a cheap and good coffee, drink or meal, Bar Puppa is 2 min away. If you want food at home, the excellent Coop supermarket is very close by.
  
  There were four of us in the apartment and we all loved returning to it every day after a busy day out in Venice. It is a true sparkling Venetian gem.
  
  There is a vaparetto stop, Fondamente Nove, that is just 5 min away. It is the stop for the airport and Murano Island. This made it very easy to arrive from the airport.
  
  What could be improved: My only complaint about the apartment is that the a/c in the master bedroom makes a sound every 10 min or so that sounds like an intercom buzzing next door. Despite this, I slept very well with earplugs.

  The location is excellent, close to main attractions yet off the beaten path.
  
  What could be improved: Just make sure to close windows there are lots of mosquitos and we did not realize it and have a lot of bites. A second frying pan would also have been nice
