  Ubicación perfecta para visitar Venecia. Céntrico pero tranquilo.
  Muy limpio, amplio y acogedor. Con todo lo necesario incluso para pasar una temporada larga.

  Location is perfect, so close to all the main attractions and yet very quiet. Also some of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in.

  It was spacious and it had everything you need: 2 large bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, etc. The most important thing for us was: it was clean.
  Also the host Lionella was amazing, she helped us very good and introduced us to the city and gave us great tips.
  
  What could be improved: Hard to find; however: the host picked us up at a central spot so don’t worry about that.

  Fabulous quiet location within a two minute walk to Strada Nova. Two comfy queen beds, two full baths, and kitchen with every convenience. Can easily sleep fifth person on couch. Darkening shutters helped allow for occasional sleeping in. Lovely welcome with tons of great information and recommendations.
  
  What could be improved: Minor inconvenience to not run too many electronics at once for fear of overloading the circuit. Think this would be true anywhere in Venice.
