Samuel was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and was ideal for my stay.
Olga from Romania – 28 October 2024 (9/10)
The apartment is very authentic – you feel the vibe of Venice in it 🙂 Despite that, it has good amenities and was pristine clean when we checked in! Overall, the place is quite spacious and has a lot of storage space. We absolutely loved our host, Samuel, he was very friendly and helpful! He gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and made sure we had two bottles of water in the fridge – very thoughtful and highly appreciated! The location is also great, very close to the city center. If I were to visit Venice again, I would stay at this place once more!
What could be improved: It was a bit hard to find the apartment, however, the host was very helpful and explained us how to get there.Sebastian from Switzerland – 12 October 2024 (9/10)
The apartment was very comfortable and i had enough space for everything. The kitchen with gas stove is perfect for cooking. It is very centrally located and you can quickly reach the most popular sights. Nevertheless, you have your peace and it’s quiet here. Samuel is very friendly and service-oriented. He always responded quickly to questions and helped if needed. If I come to Venice, I would stay here again.
Heath from Australia – 18 August 2024 (8/10)
Location was great and the apartment was old but clean, it had an authentic Venetian feel and some lovely old furniture, good coffee and tea facilities. The host was excellent, waited while we were lost on arrival and showed us through the property.
What could be improved: We were there in a heat wave with no air conditioning but we had 2 fans. Kitchen supplies were random, we wanted to cook some meals for 2 of us. With half the amount of furniture the apartment would be spacious.Mohammed from United Kingdom – 4 July 2024 (9/10)
The apartment is in an excellent location and although in a central position, it is in a very quiet street. It is spacious, very clean and has a well equipped kitchen.
What could be improved: The shower cubicle has no shelf and is very small, which makes it difficult to pick up shampoo/ shower gel from the floor. There needs to be better lighting, particularly in the bathroom. Lastly, the bed although a good size is separate from the frame which is bigger and therefore there is a big gap between the two. The above points did not affect our stay, but are something to note.Apart from that all was great and we were very happy there.Sydney from United States – 24 September 2023 (9/10)
Great place to stay if you're looking for something that is not a far walk from the main attractions. It is definitely located in a more quiet neighborhood which was super nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Over all great stay, with amazing water pressure in shower!
What could be improved: Unfortunately there was not any air conditioning so our stay was a little warm.Rachel from United Kingdom – 24 July 2023 (9/10)
Spacious apartment in excellent location … 2 min walk to S. Angelo waterbus stop on the Grand Canal. As others mention use Google maps with address for directions, rather than booking.com map. Samuel is a very friendly host. Great to have kitchen, complementary coffee machine with pods and also washing machine … overall lots of space for the two of us. Lovely to be able to pop out to the sites without a long walk. Thank you for a lovely stay.
What could be improved: More than one pot/pan and dinner plates would have been helpful. AC would have made stay much more comfortable … fan helpful, though we had exceptionally hot weather during our stay.Kadir from Germany – 21 June 2023 (9/10)
Location is amazing. Beautifully and classical decorated apartment. 2 minutes walk to S’antgelo sea bus station, 12-13 min walk to St Marco square. Staff is great and friendly! Apartment was very clean.
What could be improved: There was an issue with the air conditioning so they provided a fan – which compensated for the lack of it. However it would have still been nice to have an air conditioning but overall stay quality was mot affected.Sarina from Malaysia – 22 October 2023 (7/10)
Location, close to St. Marco square.
What could be improved: Some facilities did not maintain well. Sinking was blocked (can flow water but need onger time).
Other, toilet can not be auto flash. You need to pour water manually.Yarden from Hungary – 16 September 2023 (9/10)
The host was super nice and did his best to help us
What could be improved: The place was clean and nice but very old
