  Easy check in. The location is great, a quiet area, very close to restaurants, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy. 20 minutes away you can walk to St. Marco Piazza. We were my family of 5, we stayed 3 nights, the apartment is nice.everything was very clean, the beds are very comfortable , the AC worked very well,the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want.
  Paolo is an excellent host ,is very kind, he was very attentive to our arrival.
  I would not hesitate to book it again!!

  We loved the quiet, local area near the park, but close to the main areas of Venice. We also found it to be very clean and great for resting after lots of walking around Venice. Also, helpful and prompt details as we arrived later than planned.

  The host provides all necessary communication 24 hours prior to arrival. She explains in detail how to arrive and the check in process. The place is very close to the station of the vaporettos. I loved that you can hang out your clothes the way the locals do it. One feels smug with the details that the host has for the guests. If you open the windows, it is possible that moths may get in, so keep this in mind. Garbage should also be disposed of on your own.

  Perfect location. Close to main attractions but no crowded. Ideal! Great confort at the appartment, spacious bedrooms. You could find anything you wanted (surprisingly I even found kids shampoo at the bathroom!)
