  A lovely little town house laid out in an unusual way. Everything was clean and efficient and close to St Mark's square. It had lovely details and a functioning kitchen
  
  What could be improved: That there were no sheets for the pull-out sofa bed – apparently they had to be pre-ordered which is very unusual. It was a pain when you arrive with a friend late at night and didn't want to be sharing a double bed together. Also the hot water tank was very small – and definately not suitable for the bath – but perfect for showering. I'd definately rebook – but would make a note to pre-order extra sheets.

  Sweet, quiet but at a great location. Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short vacation tomorrow.
  
  What could be improved: Hot water boiler is very small(25l) so at cold times it’s only enough for one person shower, also the water stream is weak.

  This is a super cute and stylish house where you can experience a traditional Venetian home, but with a modern interior that's spacious and bright. The owner has cleverly separated the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, making the living space feel even more comfortable. What's really special, though, is the landlord – they're incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help. We're really grateful for this wonderful stay and appreciate all the assistance from the lovely host. Thank you so much!👍❤️

  Edvige the owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, with comprehensive instructions on getting to the property and was very available during our stay. Daevin the manager was excellent as well. Property was comfortable and very homely with an excellent location.

  Very well equipped, the bed is super comfy and spacious. I like that the property is over two levels and it also has a small, secluded outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or evenings.

  The little house was well decorated. There was a good airco and wifi. The location was very central and yet very quiet. There was a little courtyard to sit outside. The kitchen was well equipped and a had big fridge.
