  Appartement très bien situé, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Salles de bain spacieuses. Quelqu'un est venu nous chercher à l'arrêt Rialto du vaporetto et nous a accompagné jusqu'à l'appartement. Elle nous a également donné quelques conseils concernant des activités sur place. Il y a eu une coupure d'électricité mais le problème a été immédiatement réglé par téléphone.

  The person who met us with keys was helpful, friendly and well informed. Good information prior to arrival.
  
  What could be improved: The furnishings in the flat are not all up to standard. In one bedroom the wardrobe is unsafe – with potential for an accident. In our bedroom the headboard is torn is two places and the seal in the wardrobe is hanging loose.
