  The location. Two separated rooms.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen owen was not working. The toilet was not comfortable at all… Shower was too small to take the shower. The staff was not responding on our requests…

  Brilliant location, very clean and well appointed. Key code entry reduced worry about losing the key. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Kitchen had what we needed.
  Directions to apartment were very easy to follow, even in the dark
  Communication with Wonderful Italy was really good, phone line issues meant we mainly used What's App. We were able to refer back and they helped sort any worries. Responses were swift and always so helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Communal areas need a little tlc, part of hand rail missing etc.
  Welcome pack consisted of 4 tea bags and coffee pods, not ideal for family of 5.

  What could be improved: Just the fact that during the first day of our stay in the apartmernt it was very cold in the apartment. But the next day the problem was fixed because the radiators were warm (fixed by the owners).

  The location was ideal. A very short walk to the grand canal. A lovely view of a canal from the apartments. Great sized rooms.
  
  What could be improved: Only tv was in the smaller bedroom and not in the main area
  Apartment upstairs were very loud on the last night. Could hear everything and they didn't stop till gone 3am. Understand this is hard for the host to controll

  The apartment was good with separate rooms and a Couch in the kitchen area. In a good locality which has good connectivity across places. Walkable disdance to some iconic places and eateries.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms were very cold and heaters were kot working at all. It would have been great if we had a reception so that the attention is immediate.

  What could be improved: Difficult to find, especially when you are struggling with suitcases. No kettle and limited kitchen supplies. Looks like the whole place could do with a good paint and updating.

  What could be improved: There is only one air condition and it barely work. They should replace with stronger one in both room since its piping hot in the summer.

  Superb location, clean space and had all basic facilities. Checkin instructions were very clear and enabled easy access to the property.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioning was poor for a hot summer season. There is only 1 common air conditioner in the hall way and made it very difficult to sleep in the bedrooms at night. Plus the air conditioner needs maintenance. It is very old and not efficient with cooling.
  Also it would be nice to have some basic kitchen items like salt, sugar in the kitchen. It was difficult to have a fully functional kitchen but no availability of such basic items for a short stay.

  Great location, easy self check-in, had problem with hot water that was fixed almost immediately. Excellent and immediate communication with owner/managing company!
  
  What could be improved: Would be great to have kitchen towel, proper salad bowl, medium size pan. AC unit definitely needs an upgrade.
