  Everything was perfect! The boat station is only 1 min walk, nice restaurants nearby, a supermarket with everything you need and the view! The view is everything!!!

  The location was excellent! Views of the Grand Canal are fantastic! Tall ceilings and nice furnishings. We felt very safe walking everywhere, and the restaurants nearby are varied and all good. I would definitely book again! Our host, Susanne, was wonderful!

  Beautiful place and amazing view. It has everything you need. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Close to some nice restaurants. Nice and quiet part of Venice.
  
  What could be improved: We didn't realize that it is located in an area that is across from.main attractions in Venice and we had to take the expensive waterbus every time we wanted to go there.

  Property was in a beautiful location quiet and trendy cute cafes with beautiful food ferry is close by a 3 day pass hop and hop off as much as you like !
