My room was on the second floor facing the campo, and I actually spent way more time than expected just watching daily life unfold below. You’ll hear the campo come alive gradually — first the early commuters heading to the vaporetto stops, then the shopkeepers opening up, and by mid-morning the gentle hum of neighborhood life. The staff genuinely knows the area and gave me directions that locals would use, not the tourist routes. They pointed me toward a fantastic osteria for dinner that I never would have found otherwise, and suggested the best times to visit popular spots when they’re less crowded.

  Très bien placé au calme sur une place. Donc appartement lumineux. Bien entretenu. Très confortable. Chauffage central. Bonne literie. A 10 minutes place St Marc. Proximité bon restaurants et supérette. Hôte bienveillant.

  Très bon emplacement, quartier calme mais proche du centre.
  Logement très propre, bien aménagé, gros point positif pour la climatisation dans chaque pièce !
  Comme nous reprenions l'avions en soirée, la propriétaire a gracieusement accepté que nous laissions nos bagages un peu plus longtemps dans le logement le jour du départ, ce qui nous a soulagées pour la matinée.
  Savon et shampoing, sèche-cheveux, serviettes de bain à disposition en quantité suffisante.

  Apartment was clean, well equipped and in a good location. Host was friendly, helpful and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.
  
  What could be improved: Our only small suggestion would be an additional armchair/ small sofa in the sitting area but this really is just a suggestion. Overall we are very happy
