  Easy check in, location is very nice. About 25min on foot form St Mark's. quiet but not too much. The place is large and comfy and had everything we needed. Also had view of the canal.

  It was great. Just great. I loved the artistic and inspirering interior, the comfortable bed, the tastefull and carefully chosen furniture and pictures, the quietness of the flat and the ideal location with Biennale in 5 min walking distance and lovely bars all over. Communication was pleasant and easy. The view on Via Garibaldi outstanding.

  Ottima posizione vicino ai Giardini e a via Garibaldi, con molti bar e ristoranti nei paraggi. Due supermercati a pochi passi. L'appartamento è su due piani, le stanze da letto sono un po' piccole, ma in compenso le parti comuni sono ampie. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile.
  
  What could be improved: Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'appartamento perché la pozione su Booking ci ha portato in una via diversa nei paraggi, ma abbiamo sentito l'host ci ha guidato via telefono senza problemi.

  Dies ist das beste Ferienappartement, das ich je erlebt habe. Lage, Ausstattung, Möblierung, Preis, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, alles war perfekt. Die Adresse ist gut mit dem Vaporetto zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich einige Restaurants und Bars, doch die Schallisolierung durch die Fenster ist ausgezeichnet, und es gibt nächtens in der Umgebung keinen Lärm. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und aller Art von Kochutensilien. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer, und sowohl die Küche als auch das Wonhzimmer sind geräumig und schon möbliert.
