  I think it’s average hotel comparable to other hotels in Venice. It’s in older building and of course it’s not American type of hotels

  The location is not bad, 20 mins from popular areas so you have some sanity for yourself
  
  What could be improved: It’s accessibility nightmare, there is no elevator so you have to take your luggage via staircase
  A/C is controlled centrally so you need to ask admins to change the temp
  Room is facing another building so there is no nice view
